親愛的版主您好:
我今年在法國發現了一家酒莊Michel Gonet,也有跟他們的莊主還有工作人員聊過,他們家的酒得過法國不少的獎項,也是大潤發跟家樂福暢銷的第一名.這次我特地從法國搬回九款葡萄酒.(包含紅酒,白酒,香檳)想要請問版主是否願意辦個小型的試酒會,讓我來提供給大家品嚐.印象中這九款酒中的其中兩款在大陸已經有在販售,但據我所知台灣並沒有人代理(所以市面上是買不到的).不知道版主是否願意看在我搬酒搬的很辛苦的份上,讓我聽聽你們這群懂酒又愛酒的評語.另外,我有一位品酒師朋友(陳怡樺)相當欣賞您,也常看您的部落格,是她特別推薦我跟您聯絡,她建議我如果想聽酒評,就應該找有實力的人來試我挑的酒,不要浪費給級數跟資歷不夠成熟的人試(我是菜鳥).假使您願意,她也希望一起參加試酒,順便跟您趁機見個面.(她真的超推薦您的)
另外,我不是酒商喔,只是覺得買了有趣的酒,就很想很想看看大家是不是跟我有一樣的感覺.雖然有點冒昧,但還是厚著臉皮來這問您了.如果您願意請大家撥空,可以麻煩您寫封Email給我.

My name is Eric, a Burgundy lover in Hong Kong. I have been reading your blog for a long time, because from time to time you have been organizing many very nice bottles of Burgundy wines.
Meanwhile, I love your gatherings about Heri Jayer's students and Denis Mortet most. I also love Denis Mortet's wines very much and what a pity that he killed himself in 2006. I totally agree that DM GC 03 is a very great bottle. DM GC LsJ 98, 00 and 01 are also very good. If you have any chance to come to HK, please let me know, and I am very happy to open a DM Clos de Vougeot 95 for you (never try DM's top wine - Chambertin).
I love Burgundy wines because we can find "personality" in each bottle. Each wine maker has his own personality and idea which incorporates into his own wine.
Other than Denis Mortet, Meo, Christian Serafin, Leroy, Robert Groiffer, Fourrier, etc are also some of my favourite.
There is a forum about wines in Hong Kong, in which there are some Burgundy lovers too.
